5 course xmas set menu
 
Apertif

Christmas cranberry punch on arrival served with viatnamese prawn crackers and vegetable spring rolls. all with a traditional sweet garlic & coriander dip.

Appetizers

Burmese Pakoras flavoursome and textured mixed vegetable dumplings served with a tamairnd and sweet chilli sauce.

Confit of duck salad braised suculant duck tossed with mixed salad sessame seeds and a lime thai dressing.

Ayam Satay pan fried fillet of chicken, bamboo skewered and served with roasted peanut puree.

Laksa Shrimp Soup Baby prawns, Coconut milk, and vetable broth blended with fragrant spices and herbs.

Mains
all served with fragrant thai jasmine rice and a medley of seasonal stir fried vegetables

Duck Sasak Oven roasted honey & five spiced duck, baby potatoes cooked with delicious creamy mild indo curry sauce.

Tiger prawns wok fried black tiger prawns in a mild spiced lemongrass & pandan infused coconut sauce and fresh herbs.

Pumpkin Ulek Pumpkin, Butternut squash & Cho cho in our hot & sour lemongrass chilli sauce

Ayam Bintang Diced fillet of chicken, scallions & capisicum wok fried in a mild coconut lemongrass, lime leaf & frsh basil sauce.

Seabass Banana leaf baked whole seabass in a velvety  coconut sauce.

Nonya Chicken Half an Oven roasted chicken marinated over night in a fragrant secret spiced topped  with crispy shallots and fresh coriander.

Rendang Slowly braised lamb curry with roasted baby potatoes.

Tofu Noodles Creamy tofu bites, pak choi and mixed veg stir fried with noodles in a  silky sauce with crispy shallots and fresh coriander.

Dessert

Banana Friters Five spiced cripy banana fritters, vanilla pod ice cream.

Koi DaDa Decadent coconut filled pancakes, warm chocalate sauce, vanilla pod ice cream.

Finale

Javanese coffee or Jasmine green tea served with home made coconut & ginger cookies.

Corking charge – bring your own bottle, £2 per bottle in a group of 9 and less,
50p beer bottle or can, £1 large bottle.
£2 per person in a party of 10 and over.
